    I am selling HowToCutMensHair.com, a site I started about 5 months ago.

    The site has great potential because of the keyword rich domain name as well as the interesting and keyword targeted content. The design also gives off a fresh look and points the reader's eye to the product, which is a guide showing you how to cut your own hair.

    The content is 100% unique and was written by myself.

    Traffic is almost totally organic, and the site averages around 50 uniques per month. The best month was in July, where I was actually trying to write content and promote the site. 220 unique visitors came in that month, so you can see that this site has potential.

    I have not made any sales yet but that is not the reason I am selling. I am selling because I am downsizing my portfolio and trying to build up some funds for new projects/school.

    The sales will come to anyone who is willing to write a post every other day and has the time to build some backlinks.

    I'm not the owner of the product. It is simply a site that promotes a vendor's product on Clickbank. So you would be the affiliate.
