Selling Clickbank Affiliate Site - Earth4Energy Manual

I am selling Earth4EnergyManual.org, A site I built about 5 months ago.

The site has great potential because of the great design which aggressively markets the product, Earth4Energy. It also has a good domain which brings in some organic traffic.

The content (which is one article) is not unique. I copied that from the affiliate section of E4E. However, the site does get organic traffic.

It has made one sale to date, a sale for $34.00. With some unique and keyword-targeted articles, this site could be making many more sales. The design and marketing is in place, all you have to do is write the content.

The reason I am selling this site is because I am tired of this niche and have no interest in writing anymore about the subject. I want to move on and try other niches that may interest me more. However, this site is a real steal for whoever gets it, since it has proven it can convert an interested reader into a buyer. All you have to do is write the content (like 5-10 articles), submit those to some social sites, and you should start seeing some consistent sales.
