ClickBank Affiliate Reporting Down?!?!

Is it just me or has ClickBank stopped reporting sales since yesterday?

I've got a number of accounts and haven't seen a new sale since 15:06 PST on the 17th (over 9 hours ago). There's no way that I haven't sold anything in that time, but just to be sure, I put a test sale through myself & that isn't showing either!

Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

 

Glad someone else posted about this. I had several sales that came through my email from clickbank, but when I checked my transactions only the first half of the day was showing. I emailed customer support but haven't heard anything. I use clickbank as a payment processor on 2 sites, and both had a sales but not reporting.

 

I've noticed this too. And some vendors have posted the same on the CB Success forum.

Seems to have been fixed now.

 

It's happened again... my stats haven't been updated since yesterday morning! :-(

 

CB is really anal like this..
they have had tracking problems for ages

I have been noticing the same problem. After some really good sales it just abruptly stopped last night. I hope that sales just didn't stop since then. The above link work for you? See sales on the old Clickbank system?

 

Yeah, I already did, and the sales are there, which is the only reason that I'm not freaking out about now!! At least I know that when this gets sorted, I shouldn't have actually lost any commissions!

It's just kind of irritating!

 

Yup, the sales are there in the old system thank God! It just seems to be a recurring bug in the new reporting system.
