Hi guys, I am new to this game. I would like to check, if I were to do adwords to clickbank affiliates, can I link to a Middle page which will just redirect to the affiliate page? Or do I need a landing page on my website first then get another click before it goes to the affiliate page? How can I track my performace for each keyphrase I use in adwords? Thank you
You can link to anywhere you want, but the display URL on your ad must be the same as the final page URL. If you point to a redirecting page, you still have to provide the merchant's display URL and compete with others. If you use your own page you avoid competition. You can track your campaign using the TID of ClickBank. Good luck, nadavs
Can I avoid click through my webpage again to the aff page? Is it possible I sell the product directly from my webpage?
Again - if your page redirects to the sales page, your ad must include the display URL of the merchant, which means URL competition. On a popular product it could kill a campaign. If you want to make your site a sales letter and then link directly to the order page you have to use an unofficial link that might not work. You also have to ask the publisher for it. A good landing page is best at almost everything. It usually converts better, you don't have URL competition, and you have full control on the content and visitor tracking. nadavs
