Selling Clickback Aff Site! Earn $50 A Sale! Aged Site!

Selling a site I made back in October 2010 promoting a very popular and successful Clickbank product (Jump Manual!).

Site is currently ranking 40th for the keyphrase 'how to increase vertical jump'. This was up at 14th at one point, but I stopped backlinking it (MS currently shows 679 backlinks to it!). I'm fairly confident that if a couple of fresh articles were posted along with a bit of new backlinking it would rise pretty quickly, heck you could probably turn it in to some sort of authority site considering the backlinks it currently has. Only reason I'm not doing it is because I need the cash right now

MS reports 40 EXACT searches for the keyphrase 'how to increase vertical jump' per day - so it's a pretty decent keyword, and is in the domain name too!

There are loads of keywords in this niche if you have a look, and is not an over crowded niche either.

Stats are available if required, although they're nothing spectacular as I never got it ranking high enough. Around 200 uniques a month with the majority coming from the 'how to increase vertical jump' keyphrase in ol' Google.

So to summarise: Aged site, 600+ aged backlinks, unique content. Awesome.
