Click within members?

    Recently, I have found a forum that have a rules like this on REVIEW SITE rooms :
    - If your site have a great point within forum members, then you got a click at your ads, generated by another forum members.
    - If your site have a bad point within members, then you got nothing.

    Is this allowed?
