Click tunneling

    Is this allowed at all?

    For example if I have a site about fitness, one of my Adsense ads is for a supplement company, I write a review about the supplement saying I've tried it and I like it, and I make the name of it into a link leading through Adsense to the company's site.

    Or, if I post a Youtube video about bodybuilding, and in the description I say something like "if you're interested in bodybuilding, go HERE" and HERE is tunneled through Adsense to a bodybuilding website.

    That's no problem i think.
    because it's not from adult or illegal source.
