Click Tracking from sent email link ?

Hello Dear all,

I am going to recruit a person for my company for email marketing job purpose.
He will start sending email with several links to my website (in the email content).

Now I want to see how many hits are coming in using those sent emails clicks, through analytic.

Is this possible? Please suggest.
