Click Tracking and Redirection sites

Hi,

Anyone know a FREE site just like clickaudit.com?
Can you tell me any sites that will do this:
-> "track the number of clicks and you can modify the target URL once made"

If you have hosting and your own site, couldn't you just throw on a PHP script to track them yourself? Here is a quick tutorial and explanation:
