Two weeks ago I usually got $3 with 3-4 clicks per day, while these days I got over 10 clicks a day but earned less than $1! Why? I post my articles daily like before, one difference is, I put 2 ad units on the site before, but now I put 3,
since then the price drops down... any suggestions?

Less ads will generally result in a higher per click price. Your site could have been smart priced, advertisers could have lowered their bid or blocked your site from showing their ad. Many different reasons. If you site is new to running adsense, your experience is pretty typical.

Try to filter your ads through Adsense Competitive filter. You can browse to net for a free filter generator, get the high-paying ones.
