"Click here!"

    I was just on a site and saw an adsense image ad that just had CLICK HERE in big bold letters. The ad took me to a site selling Disney DVD's. A pic can be found below.

    How are these kind of ads allowed? Surely the advertiser's costs would be greatly inflated because of this.

    was it adsense ad? or sth may be it was his own ads.no relation with adsense

    I have seen a similar advertisement image that says something like "Click the big red button, you know you want to" or something similar to that but I doubt that was adsense.

    Then it is sure violation of TOS of adsense to ask someone to click on ad or misguiding

    It's more likely to be a breach of AdWords TOS, not AdSense TOS, as it was the Advertiser who created that advert...

    If the advertiser is paying per impression and not per click, it's not such a bad banner.:)
