Click Here to GET MONEY - This is bad right?

So, I checked my weblogs to see where I'm getting clicks from.

I'm getting a lot from this URL: http://theoyeucau.com/googleAD/index.php

The title says: "Click Here to get Money from Website, thanks". I'm getting clicks from here that's costing ME money. This is against the rule books right?

Wow! how deceiving ..yes, that's against TOS.
BTW, i suggest you put "DONT CLICK THE AD!" on your post. I clicked the ads unintentionally.

    Report that to google man.

    blatantly violating the TOS.

People like this, and scrapers, etc. are costing legitimate business owners and Google in the long run, tons of money.

I guess Google allows scrapers because they rank highly for the ads they are showing and the keywords they come up for, so the visitors are usually actually relevant to the content of the ads they click on, however, it does not satisfy those using adsense in competing markets.

And people with fraudulent click schemes like this, take away from the ROI of the advertiser.

Either way, they are both bad for Google and their clients/partners/publishers in the long run in my opinion.

Scrapers, well, I can live with them for now, But:
The page in this link freaking pisses me off!

    [rant off]

I've counted 13 hits since this morning from this site and it's for a not so cheap term - variables of the term debt consolidation

I thought i read they recently gave adwords users the ability to not allow your ads to show up on certain wesbites? Couldnt you just block him? I know I read that in the last 2 or 3 days on this forum.

This is why I only advertise using no 3rd party. I was a newbie and put some text like that, luckly Google caught me quickly and I lost $900 but the advertisers got back there money. Im sure if you report him he will get caught.

I've simply TURNED OFF the entire content network to avoid this kind of publisher abuse. I've noticed a big drop in my AdWords costs, but very little negative impact to my merchant sales. Google is obviously not policing its AdSense publishers well enough despite all their public relations spin on click fraud being tightly monitored and abusers quickly punished. At this point, that's the only solution I've found to keeping my advertising costs down and my ROI high.

Click on Tools/Site Exclusion. You can enter the URL there and your ad won't show on that site.

Almost makes you want to use a proxy on a clean install and click up a storm so the person who made it thinks they might actually get some money. (Obviously wouldn't do this as it hurts the advertisers, but the reality is this kind of stuff hurts everyone legitimately involved)

All this is going to do is force google to implement stricter controls for where ads can be placed, and likely require sign up procedures for new pages etc. This will be a drag for everyone.

In my opinion people who do this stuff are stealing. They are stealing from you, me, google, and they are stealing time from the people whom they are misleading to their sites. It is extremely unfortunate.

Just click the "Ads by Gooooogle" link on the top of the Adsense block and fill out the "Send Google your thoughts on the ads you just saw" form.

If enough people do that you could get this losers account banned.
