Do you mean yuo banned him on your server? How does that prevent him clicking your AdWords ads? Or can you ban in AdWords account as well? How do you find out from your logs they clicked through AdWords and not through natural listings?
Yes, I just banned him from accessing my site. Just to say, "Hey, we're on to you...stay out!" I know that it doesn't accomplish much. You can use PPC conversion tracking cookies. There are a bunch of ways you can do this (keywordmax). Even Adwords offers this. https://adwords.google.com/select/convtracking
I do use the tracking but never thought of accessing the cookies myself. They store IP etc. I assume? Also KW's through which they entered?
I don't know anything about Adwords' tracking. Most of the (third party) PPC tracking programs do match the clicks to an IP.
Hey: Yesterday, I posted about a new click fraud tracking vendor I'm using. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=9413 So far am very happy. And of course since I got a free trial account, even more happy. But someone above posted about keyword max being $90 something a month. PPCtrax.com has a $29.95 option for the small business PPC advertiser that seems like a smart move to reach for the smaller players like me. Hank
