    Probably something only Clickbank can answer. I would contact them. If he did get his account suspended, it must have been for something really bad - it takes a lot to get booted by Clickbank.

    Have you been either spamming or you're an owner of a shady product?

    If you answered yes to any of those questions, Clickbank might suspend your payment for that.
    I've heard of people having their acocunts suspended for doing that.
