No, they won't pay you just for the hop. The web surfer needs to buy the product your hop sends them to. Cheers.

If you make no sale then Clickbank will not give you any money.

If you make a sale, you get the money.. I've had 1300 hops once and only 1 sale.
Try to change your landing page.

Of course Clickbank will give you money..... $0.00. You must be the newest of newbies to even ask that kind of question

You can have a thousand hops but it's useless if it's not targeted traffic to the clickbank products you're offering.

172 hops, no sale. One of two problems: poorly made landing page, OR low quality leads. If your traffic isn't targeted, you will see 172 hops times a million, and still see no sales.
Improve both and you will get sales.

    vip-ip.

You certainly sound like a new comer but don't be discouraged. Zero sales could also be attributed to many other reasons... what product are you selling? How does your sales page look like? It needs to be professionally done up to attract sales...

At a minimum you would want 1 sale for every 100-150 hops but when you first start out give it at least 300 hops before you decide to abandon it. It could be due to how you presell the product or even the day of the week.

I for sure would love to get paid for hops! Will never happen though, Clickbank won't give you anything until you make a sale.

Wow that's not a very good result. I think it's also important to mention that the problem may not come from the product itself but from the quality of the traffic you're driving to your offers.
