Click Bank Duplicate Orders and Increasing Frustration

We affiliates try hard to get conversions and I have had 10 occassions where same person brought the same product within 5 minutes and guess what?

Couple days later both the orders are refunded as the customer gets mad.

Its a very easy check that Click Bank can put in place but dunno these guys are not at all concentrating on this part of their system.

This has happened to me as well quite often. It does not help your refund percentage either....

Its usually due a dumb user. Someone who thinks oh it didnt work, let me try again. Unfortunately there will always be idiots out there, if there aren't how do expect to sell a lame ebook for $50?

I don't regard the customers who generate my sales as idiots. sometimes people just double order by mistake.

Earlier this year on DP, people reported quadruple orders. and funny part is that sometime, none get refunded.

Yes sometimes that also might happens as much as they get refunded, so it could result in a wash in the end.

I remember posting a rant about this awhile back... but I can't hold back and keep from saying this again:

IF SOMEONE IS CHARGED TWICE, DO THE RIGHT THING AND EMAIL THE PUBLISHER. Or, if you are the publisher, CONTACT THE PERSON AND GIVE THEM A REFUND. IF SOMEONE IS CHARGED TWICE THEY HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF.

It's not right to wait and see if they "notice" it. Do the right thing. :)

With many clickbank products someone is ripped off even if he/she paid once. Let's be honest here.
    What's the difference?

It happens many a times that the visitor buys the same product with visa and master card; after a couple of days the 2 sales get refunded.

Moreover when the sale is made through the check, it gets bounced. I don't understand why they give checks then?
