Nope. And if you try, many affiliates will avoid promoting you because they don't want to send traffic to your site, only to have people buy things via your other shopping cart...no getting them any commission.
This ^ Don't do it - at least not on your CB site if you want to do this I would suggest setting up another domain and then trying with that one. What feature do you need that you feel CB is missing anyway?
Design ability, I want to have the site look professional not a single page to sell one product but lots I like the look of prestashop I would want it looking like this its a lot of work to design a site just to make it look like a shopping cart.
I too want to see the release of a shopping cart script for CB. And Of course it's possible! It's already been done but as of now it's a complicated coding job and can amount to a big expense. Not to mention the difficulty in finding and hiring a skilled programmer to do it.
