Click and miss clarification

    So what they're saying is they will disable your account if your clicks are not converting? Or is it they will disable if the click and miss are not converting?

    That means a click should result in either a page view or a business deal to the advertiser. More number of clicks with less or no page view (coupled with no sales!) is considered as an invalid click and no money will be credited for that and repeated action like this will jeopardize the account. You need not worry if you are honest and never contributed to the clicks either directly or indirectly.
