I came across this Adsense ad on a site. I thought it was a clever way to get people to click. (1) New Message. <- Clever. (1) New Message Someone has a Crush on you! Hint: Its one of your friends. TrueLoveCrush.com
im somewhat incredulous there are actually people who would click that, but then again look at all those 419 scams.
It showed up on a Squidoo page. I don't know why. It had nothing to do with the content. I just copied the text and made it look like the same colors. There is no link.
That's many violations there, I don't think google allows '!' & '?' in the ad, plus the (1) in the message. I got emailed once with a similar adwords ad and asked me to change it.
It is a brilliant marketing ploy, if it actually stood up to the Adwords TOS. I've been duped a few times by similar ads on sites where I expect to receive messages......only for a second, but that's all it takes to click.
its an adsense ad, ive seen it a bunch of times. usually on myspace sites. bring something worthwhile to the table..lol
