I don't know whether this is my sole experience or not, but ckickbank customer service is really bad. I asked for reissue of few of my checks but nobody answered for last 6 customer service request ( through clickbank website link). At times it really becomes dubious as to whether it is intentional. Sending my 7th request today...let's see...
Agree, I send a query that has not been answered, I'm guessing they could be having problems. Its the time of year near Christmas when threats of cc fraud are high.
I had a cheque lost in the post and customer service was really quick to send another check it cost $20 to stopped the cheque and the email was responded with in 48 hours. Try sending an email to with your click bank id. Hope this works
