Alot of rabbit food...Salad, veggies, tuna, salmon, turkey, cottage cheese, egg beaters egg substitute, sweet potato, add some hot pepper it all tastes good! Had to do it on my cutting phase, now I'm going to my bulking phase a bit so I get to eat more.. I was living off of 400-700 calories I couldn't eat one steak or burger barely with that limit. lol I wish I had been taking that, I could have used my weight loss as a review to sell more

I would to, but I am one of those who has no problem gaining weight which is great for lifting it = muscle development fast, horrible for trying to stay in shape w/o proper nutrition = gain more weight than you can imagine I should eat at least 3,000 calories a day not lifting, 4000+ with, but I must eat about 1,500 with my metabolism in order to even break even I think we all have that....
I'm the opposite. I eat mountians of bad food and don't gain a gram. It's cool sometimes but a real pain when you actually want to gain weight.
Yeah I guess I don't have anything to complain about then, eating anything I want would rock, but not being able to pack on muscle would suck as well...
Don't kill yourself. Muscle only converts to fat when ya get lazy again. I've always been into the endurnace workout. Low weight high reps to increase strength and stamina. Bulk is over rated IMO.
