clearing cache in Firefox or Opera

    I'm still seeing the old pages from a website I updated when I view it in the Firefox and Opera browser. I can see the changes in another browser (AOL), and others see the changes as well, so I know the site is updated, but I'm still seeing the default Wordpress theme in FF and Opera. I've refreshed and rebooted, but it hasn't worked.

    How do you clear the cache, and will this affect my cookies?

    In FF go to Tools -> Options -> Show Cookies -> Select sites there and then use Remove Cookie button there.

    In Opera, Right-click the website and select Edit Site Preferences. Click on the Cookies tab and delete the cookies for the site there.
