Clear copyright infringement - wouldn't you agree?

Yes, as an affiliate of ebay, my links on my sites go to the auctions.
That is the way ebay has it set up.
An affiliate gets money only if someone clicks on the affiliate ebay link, goes to the auction and either wins the auction or uses the buy now button.
Not really dealing in a lot of money, unless it is an auction for big bucks like autos, antiques.
The money comes from what ebay gets from the seller on the sale of the item.It does not come from either the buyer or seller.

Again, no TOS violations from either ebay, adsense or anyone else.
Just to clear this up for good.

 

I would have apologized to iowadawg if I felt I needed to. Yes, my original post was one of concern since I believed I had found found a copyright infringement and I wanted the forum's response (hence the title of the thread; whew, am I glad I ended it with a question mark).

But when I later posted about finding iowadawg's site, it was an observation and NOT an incrimination. In fact, it was he who set my mind to working because I did not expect a member with his number of posts to be perpetrating evil against the TOS's. So, to him I give thanks.

Nonetheless, I can see how it could be misconstrued that I was making an accusation. As such, I offer my humble apologies to iowadawg and anyone else I might have offended.

I have two quations to ask ?

1. I want to know all products that sell on your site from affiliate of ebay?

2. If I want to join an affiliate of ebay through your site, so you can get some money from ebay also?
