Buying Cleanup of HTMl into CSS

    I need 1 individual page to be cleaned up. The coding is in a mess, i want all the styles changed to CSS and the code to be very neat and efficient.

    It is just one page. Want to spend $5 MAX. Please PM me.

    For $5 only, I would need to see the page first.
    If it needs to be completely recoded, you better look at spending $20-$50 on a quality programmer.
