    I have never used it but I wouldn't trust ANY internet service that claims to be able to "clean" an email list.

    At BEST you can verify proper email syntax and check for active host names but you won't be able to verify if an address is genuine or not until you send an email and even then who cares it's a "low cost resource".

    There are programs (I have one) It does an amazing job but there are always a few that get don't get noticed. That can't be helped.
