Hi all, I was hoping I could get some advice about this design: https://gcdreports.com ... I want it to be clean and simple, a straight pitch landing page. I have some structural issues on the mobile version but my question is mostly about sizing/spacing. Are the fonts too big? The headers? Is the amount of white space ok? I don't want it to feel cluttered but it's a new product that needs a fair amount of text to explain. I can't just say "Selling widgets!" and expect people to understand what's on offer. I'd appreciate opinions. Thanks, D.D. Make A Face Publishing
I like it - it's not too long, it's easy to read and you don't have things flashing about. Mobile definitely needs work - like stacking images instead of having them side by side and some of the buttons look like default bootstrap and don't fit the rest of the page. Overall, you're off to a good start.
Thanks for looking it over for me. I'm old school, I do most of my surfing from desktop. Unfortunately, it shows in my web design sometimes. My mobile versions are always second-best. Any idea what I might do to get the mobile menu to place a little better? At least on my pixel, it is in kind of an awkward spot, a little diagonally below and to the right of the picture. It kind of makes everything feel off center. Edit: I'm using GeneratePress theme
You have tried the excellent-sounding GeneratePress; why not just utilize the premade, user-friendly GP templates?
I have noticed few things you can change to improve : 1). Keep the images of reports that you are selling at front. When someone visit your website these packages should appear in front of them. Its ok if you want to explain it to the users but adjust these text. 2). You have kept the fonts big. You can reduce the fonts size if you are looking from sales point of view. I guess you just don't want to look good but you also want to attract lots of visitors and make earning. We can discuss in details if you have any confusions.
Thanks mate. I appreciate the feedback. I adjusted the fonts and I'm working on a more graphical intro for where the text is now.
