Clean Up My Logo! $15.00 Prize. No creativity needed!

I have this logo on a bag and I want you to clean it up for me, and make it just simple black and white. This requires no creativity, just skill in image editing.

I prefer a vector if possible.

I would like it to be 400x350 approximately.

The part at the top that has the number 93 is a circle. It's just the angle I took the picture at.

Here is my version 100% vector image. Any size you want. image below is what it looks like at 350x400




This was done by hand not by live trace so lines are completely uniform etc. Also not sure if the perspective that changed the circle to an oval also changed the image to be wider at the bottom or not. Can make it get wider at the bottom on request.
