In think the query was related to amounts of revenue. You're after 85k for your site - so potential buyers are naturally interested in how you value your website at that amount.

The valuation is simple. If you consider the fact that the site is expanding rapidly; and it has tens of thousands of users already; it has a custom made classifieds script worth thousands of dollars; about 70,000 page views a month and climbing; well established for various keywords on major search engines; considering what the business might fetch in the future if it's full potential is harnessed; the present and future demand for online classifieds advertising, then you can bid the amount you think it is really worth.

 

Selling a website based on potential isn't going to sell good here. You have no revenue or tiny revenue as it seems. What you have is a custom classified ads script and that is worth a couple thousand dollar as you've mentioned. So really, your site is worth about $3k - $5k. Even at that price, I doubt many will jump at the opportunity. I hope I don't offend you in anyway, just my opinion.

 

If you request a prove of income I will give you. How will you value tens of thousands of users data at 3k to 5k?

I see that your site now basically gets no traffic as seen when i looked the domain up http://www.domain-pop.com/reports/sellover.com/ So how can you try and sell a website for 12k that looks to be using a scipt anyone can buy probably for around $50. Please send more info on why your site is worth so much.

 

I think you are just trying to promote your website, no offense. Why not use a trusted ranking service such as Alexa to form your opinion. If you request Awstats data of the site itself I will give you through PM.

 

lol thats not my website thank you very much, but i do use it everyday. And alexa trusted? thats laughable as anyone with the right knowledge could falsely bloat it. Dont derail from your site aint worth the money.

Why not stop this unnecessary comments. I have asked you to request a prove, but you prefer to spoil my auction. I have given people prove. If you request I will give you. To be honest I think you are just making issues out of no issue. If you think the site is not worth it then why do you want me to prove it to you? I smell something fishy. There is no quarrel here if you don't want to bid then walk away don't deter others, thanks.
