Are you wanting just the businesses for sale "module" or a basically a whole clone of that site? My suggestion is custom. That's due to custom being built for you. Content Management Systems, all of them, are built for a majority, which means it's got stuff that everyone needs. It also means that it has stuff you don't need and doesn't have things you do need. It's easier to add to a system built for you then it is to add specific things for you to a system built for a general population. The downside to custom is it takes longer which generally also results into costing more, more work = more pay.
Well a site like this I would not suggest... There site is very slow loading due to the lack of quality put into there coding.... I would suggest doing something similar but without some options they have and keep it simple to start and build up as your clients pour in... I recently finished a similar site where homeowners can list there homes for sale and also recommended for them to start small and the results so far are great... Site is fast loading, simple and down to the point! If you are interested in talking further about this then please feel free to pm me and we can go over it further! I am not sure what your budget for this is but custom sites are never cheap!
