well, site is based on wordpress and free theme

 

The site has been highly modified - it looks nothing like the default. If you're going to be selling copies I want compensation.

 

i am selling site based on wordpress and same classified theme. it's ridiculous to ask for compensation for that. i never said that you buy exclusive rights for the site layout and wordpress engine.

i have 10 sites on the same theme - so, you think i now owe you? come on, that's a free theme.

Well, this is a copy of not just the theme but the database including the categories and keywords.

 

that's right as i have a lot of questions about selling only a copy like - "sell me only backup of the site, i don't need domain".

i have same categories on all my classified ads sites - NYC, UK, US, LA, NZ, ES and AU as well.

site that you bought had a very very good traffic and i guess that was the reason you bought it. i didn't tell you that now you have exclusive rights to the wordpress and theme that i was using.

you on your website has different ads as i can see.

 

So you tell everyone you won't sell a backup copy of the site - then you sell a backup copy of the site? Not very honest.
I've also lost money on your postedads site. Sure hope no other DP member falls for this.
