Classifieds Marketing Effective?

    Hi has anyone tryed free classifieds marketing and if so how effective has it worked for you? I heard http://www.porkypost.com is a good place to start marketing in classifieds.

    There are so few who go to these sites, you cannot get enough to look at your particular ad, and then get them to go to your site.

    But try it anyway, to see for yourself.


    Edited to add that this site gets, maybe, a only a few hundred hits a day.

    And how many of those will go to your particular ad?

    To make it worth while, a classified site needs tens of thousands of daily hits. And even then an advertiser can't expect too much.

    the effectiveness of classifieds marketing will depend on the niche and the product that you want to promote. Some marketers make $200 per day from a combination of gumtree and CPA offers.

    Yes classifieds are extremely effective. The three websites I use and a get a ton of traffic from are Craigslist.org, UsFreeAds, and Backpage. If you just only use these 3 you will get a TON of traffic. Craigslist is the top 40th most visited website out of hundreds of thousands websites on the net. Think about that. Hope that helps
