Selling Classified Site + iPhone Application already on App Store

    Hello, i want to sell:

    1- a website about classified ads for APPLE STUFF. It's fully working and active (link here, it's in italian http://bit.ly/9a85kW )
    2- application ALREADY on App Store (only italian market) link here http://itunes.apple.com/it/app/melavendo/id366987325?mt=8

    The website has 720 registered users (HUMANS), the database is linked to the application, so when a user insert an ad, it will appear also on website.
    From the app you can register, browse ads, insert ads with picture, respond to insertions. i will provide SOURCE, but it's in italian, but can easily translated if you know the code (only strings to be edited), the same regarding the website, it could be edited easily.

    About the website, i will provide ALL content, and database, but NOT the hosting.

    You will need domain and host. As you can see now it's on a subdomain.
    The revenue is few bucks per month, and on the app there are admob, but if you are in US you can use adsense for mobiles( in Italy it's not possible yet).
