Selling Classified Site For Sale

I have forgotten this website as I have many sites. It is recently top on the keyword "for the past few weeks I guess" on "saudi classifieds" or "saudi classifieds ads". Adsense placement is new since it has gained traffic by itself recently but is definitely earning money the past few days. The theme is purchased from sitemile. No maintenance was made on the site for the past 12 to 15 months.

Reason for selling: I have no time to maintain it and move it to higher level. All links going in and out of the site are generic.

I have never sold a site yet. So, for the buyer - you have to guide me how to transfer the domain to you and of course the site from my hosting to yours. If you cannot guide me how to do it, please do not bid.

Edit: I cannot access the site meter on the site (password forgotten, lolz). But I replaced it just today and can provide report for today and tomorrow only. So to inquiries, please assume that there is no traffic or income from this site (maybe there is way to check it from other sources?).

I found the stats on my cpanel (i didnt know Cpanels track visits, honestly, lolz), here it is. As for adsense - i am just starting channels..only 2 days is available.
