Can Adsense allow auto submit post from another sites?

 

Craigslist.org and Backpage.com are the top two performing ones. Didn't get the second question.

 

It depends on the country where you want your business. If you are based in US, the craigslist, if you are in UK, then backpage. There are different websites for every country. No general thumb-rule. If you want a general answer, it might be kjiji although it mostly meant for Canada. you can search on google for your keyword. You'll get the best in first page itself.
