    I bought this site here at DP and had it customized. (The creator of this script has sold more than one copy - so the script is not unique, but the design is customized)

    However, I don't really have the time to promote it or add more media to it.

    It is a portal for college students. Members can upload photos, videos, etc.

    I think the domain is pretty catchy... and that site could do well with some promotion. (Domain at GoDaddy)
