I was wondering what was involved with doing a class action against a company. I know a lot of people didn't get paid by Loudmo.com and I wasn't sure how to get the ball rolling. They are in San Jose, Costa Rica so I don't know if that matters as to where it takes place. My amount owed is small so there is no point in me going after them alone but there are a lot of us little guys who didn't get paid. I'm assuming the company had folded because no one responds to emails or phone calls anymore. Let me know if there is anything that can be done.
