Clarification wanted on Buy & Sell section rules

Hi,

I am seeking clarification on what is allowed/not allowed when it comes to 'bumping threads' or creating another after the original has fallen way down onto perhaps the 3rd or 4th page of the thread listings - is this allowed?

I ask because I do not want to risk account suspension, and I am quite unsure about when I am permitted to create another thread or bump my old one. See this thread for example: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1251200

This is my thread asking for paid posters, but it has now slipped to the 4th page. I still need more writers and of course this thread is now getting very little exposure. When can I create another?

I ask this because I see the rule listed:

Does that mean I can never create another thread in the content section asking for more posters, nor can I bump?

If a moderator could clear this up for me I would appreciate it.
