hi what is the major difference between google algorithm and other search engines? what is indexing? what are robots? what is a cloaked site? what is keyword stuffing? what is link strategy? what is sandboxing? regards satish
You might want to study a couple of the SEO primers out there. In short: Difference is reliance on IBLs. Indexing is the SE making a copy of your pages and putting it in their index. Robots are the automated software tools they use to fully automatically fetch a copy of your pages. Cloaked site is where you present one set of data (page) to real visitors and another one to a robot/spider. Keyword stuffing is where you overload your page with keywords in a (silly) attempt to rank higher. Link strategy is a strategy for linking. Whatever that plan may be. Sandbox is the common term used to refer to the delay between launching a new site and Google accepting it to its full potential as a resource. Often accompanied by low rankings.
You may want to read a number of the previous discussion threads on this forum regarding these topics. There are a number of very intelligent people who have contributed posts to these threads for the purpose of exchanging ideas that have helped a multitude of others and may have already answered your current questions along with those you didn't think to ask. IMHO.
