I already have Read Reputation FAQ so don't point me to that Thread.

    How Rep System Works?

I always get -1 Rep Point when someone disagree with me, thats look fair. but sometime I receive +1 rep point for Positive Reply & sometime +10 rep point.

    Is it work like this

If a guy rep me who has 1 rep blob, i will get 1 rep point.
If a guy rep me who has 10 rep blobs, i will get 10 rep point.

    and so on..!!

    &

Does is really matter that in which Forum Area i get rep by someone, Or All Forums Categories Carry Equal Points.

I feels like I answered my own question :D but need clarification.

    Thanks..!!

Different users have different levels of Rep Power. This can depend on many factors.

    ie:

    members post count
    members length of time here
    members rank
    and so on...

Rep blobs do not equal rep power exactly.

He is right , you don't have to concentrate in sections because rep points depends on given users and their rep powers .

I have forgotten rep formula but believe rep in general chat/PR/Entertainment area is diminished by a factor of five. Only members with five or more blobs of green can affect the reputation of others in those areas. If someone with insufficient rep power, leaves rep it will show up as gray.
