ClanDrive's VPS Service Launch Hello, ClanDrive.com is launching its own VPS service, for those who require their own hosting enviroment, to upgrade from the default. Our starter node specs are as follows:- Processor:Intel Core2Quad Q6600 2.4GHz Memory:6GB DDR2 800Mhz Disk Drive(s):2x 500GB SATA 3Gb/s Bandwidth:Tier 1 with a Network port 100Mbps. Our VPSs are OpenVz/HyperVm based with free Lxadmin control panel Our first plan we would like to announce is as follows:- Our VPSs are fully managed for the first week then become un-managed. Setup is quick, at 6 hours most. You are allowed to host anything which is legal in the USA which includes Web proxies, we disallow IRC due to possible network abuse. You should update your site with a VPS plans, because it just says to contact you on your site. I would change that... Gets you more business!
I'm going to be updating it over the weekend but as the post said we are offering it on some webhosting forums first, privatly direct to you all with some spiffy deals. We're updating the site at current, got the new design of the site out a few days ago, just working on some secondary bits such as the VPS page, Gameservers and some live support. I'd rather put all the new stuff on at once, then to send an update e-mail to our current clients about the new services/changes.
