domain: Rediffconnexions.com Funomain is owned by rediff (A multi million dollar company), They were providing services uner http://connnexions.rediff.com) They were using the email (support@rediffconnexions.com and manymore) for their services. Last year, they let this domain name expire! and i regitered it and offered them this domain back for just the COST PRICE. I talked with those guys and also received emails from them but never the money. I was holding a domain rediffconnexions.com for 1 year., recently i let it expire, now it has been transferred to rediff., I would have been happy if it had gone through snapnames (though iam not sure wether it has been through it or not). Now i got this mail and it is transferred to rediff. Netsol manages rediff.com companies domain names. Now i got this mail, i dont know wether this company is trying to be good as if transfering a 8$ will satisfy me . Though iam not going to accept it. Anyone have received such a mail like this? or is it really gone through snapnames which would make me happy The reason is, The rediff.com company agreed to send me 60$ which was the cost of the domain name.(iam not interested in entering into a trademark war with a big company, so i agreed for that money for transferring the domain name, but after a few mails, they stopped mailing me.) hmm . . . this is smart business practice, wish it would happen more often .. . expired domain name owners deserves a cut of profit made on snapname etc . . . a smart entrepreneur should start a registrar + drop catching service . . . people register domains there just for this service . .
