Ok, I have a question. Say someone offers you a giveaway (some prize) after you complete an action (CPA sorta deal) and the person never does give that "prize" away, what can the consequences be? Can i get this person in legal trouble? or is it just my loss? i mean the action was not a burden on myself, but it was a annoying that i got screwed over, and I want to do something about it so others dont fall into the same shoes as me.

Yes, it's fraud. However, I doubt it will be worth the trouble to pursue legal action unless you live near them (and can therefore use small-claims court or the equivalent), or the promised item is very valuable.
