.CL is the ccTLD for Chile.

You (organizations or individuals) must have a local contact in Chile, i.e. name, full address, phone. For those who don't have local contact in Chile, trustee service may work for you. - Helen

.CL is a Chile ccTLD yep, I know it is pricey, but if you still need it check Eurodns.com offers to try to get it

Wikipedia has more info about .cl domains. Yes, it's a ccTLD for Chile & you need local representation, but anyone can reg it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.cl

    Try 101domains
Whenever I register an odd ccTLD I go there,
    It can be expensive though,
and you might no be eligible to buy a .cl domain?
    Chile I think?
