Hello All, Last year I joined with clixgalore.com, a fraud affiliate network based in Australia. I promoted their offers and earned about $325 within few days, even I invested about 40% of the earned amount in advertising. Their minimum payout is $50, and they pay monthly through Paypal. I am still not paid from them! I am following up for the payments for last 4 months, no response at all! I have written at least 30 mails, I have not got a single reply! My account is still active, but they are not paying! I have discussed with many webmasters, many of them told me the same story! They have cheated thosands of affiliates so far. As they are based in Australia, it is very difficult to bring them under the scanner of the laws. Can anybody suggest me how do I get my hard earned money from these nasty cheaters?
Even the advertise only accepted my traffic! But cheater CLIXGALORE only stealing my money Can I take any legal action against them?
I agree that their support is not the best, but have always been paid by them. I have noticed one thing that they do which I think is totally wrong and is therefore why so many people don't get paid most probably. Here goes: If you add multiple sites in their network and join programs for each site, then you have to reach the minimum payout for each site and not for your whole network earnings. So if you earned $20 from your ads on Site A and $130 form your ads on Site B, you will then reach the min payout for Site B only and will only receive that $130, but will not have that $20 until you have reached the min on that Site A. Totally wrong the way they do that. Another thing is that if you earn $20 USD, $500 AUD, £10 GBP, then when it comes to payments you would have reached the min payout for just the $500 AUD amount and therefore you will receive that payment and none of the others. That $500 AUD would have to have been earned from ads on the one site aswell unless both sites met the min payout which is Site A and Site B. Hope you understand what I mean. This is how I have seen them do it in my account. It shouldn't be done this way really, but I have found them to be an alright network as long as you understand how they do things. My payments have been paid on time, everytime so far via paypal.

I have been paid by them. I do agree their support is slower, however, just keep contacting them. Eventually, they will respond.
I have been paid but do not use them anymore. They make you pay membership fee each month also. John269 is right about mutiple sites or accounts that is pain so is advertisers running out of money all the time.
that's how fraud company works. they paid some they don't pay some. new people will keep trying to use their program because there are people who gets their commission. that's why this kind of company never dies.
