Ckecing rankings across multiple Datacentres

Does anyone know of a tool that lets you track your positions across different Data Centres? I don't mind if it's a paid tool but I need to find a quick and easy way to keep a track of positions for a wide range of keywords across all the UK datacentres.

Thanks that is helpful as well. I'm surprised none of the SEO software tools let you do this but I haven't been able to find one despite some searching
