IN ADDITION TO WHAT I WROTE BELOW, NOW ALL OF MY IMPRESSIONS AND CLICKS FOR TODAY ARE GONE. ANYONE ELSE RUNNING INTO ANYTHING SIMILAR? ----- I went to CJ about an hour ago and finally had some significant commissions (about $100) in the section at the top of the page. I tried to run a report to see what it was, but it had not shown up yet. Just went back and all of the commisssions are gone. What the ? Anyone have this issue this morning? It's not nice to do that>
I have new commission showing but nothing in reports, mine didn't disappear though thankfully. they're just slow this morning I'd guess
On my homepage at CJ in the quick stats box it is showing me my commissions from the other day (monday), so they are still due to update. It may correct itself, if not it may be worth emailing them to see why it has gone.
I'm also seeing commissions at the top of the page but they aren't showing up in my report as of yet. I have had this happen before a few times that I can remember and in the past it has eventually shown up in the reports.
No issues here. The top of the screen matched the reports. But sometimes I have noticed the perfomance reports are really slow to run. That is on two different ISP's and three different computers Windows, Mac and three different browsers, IE7, Safari and Firefox. So I don't think its me.
Run a transaction report, performance reports tend to be delayed by a few hours over the transaction report.
This has happened to me... I have money displayed on the top of the page... Then I run a report to see where it is coming from... Then it all disappears. It's alright I'm used to it now.
I don't know it seems messed up...I have a ton of clicks showing today but I really don't know where from, it doesn't add up. I also seem to be missing the 12th.
The money added to the top this morning has now disappeared for me. That's a bit disappointing but I'm hoping it's just some sort of reporting error and it'll come back
Things tend to get whacky during the monthly commission lock time frame. Give it some time, it will get all fixed up. FYI, CJ doesn't use a single db table for all their tracking. They use many tables/views, and during the update phase one table may be updated before another which will cause numbers to be all over the place.
This exact problem actually happened to me yesterday afternoon, although I am noticing some inconsistent click reporting today as well.
