CJ Sign-up problem: Security Image not showing

Anyone ever seen this problem? I've tried, off and on, for the last month to sign up with CJ, yet the security image verifier at the end of the form does not show (the image space is there, the visible image is not). This is occurring in both IE7 and Firefox. Any ideas or have a contact at CJ I can use to rectify? I can't find an email address on their site for support. Thanks.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I scanned back through the last few pages to see if it was a current problem before posting, so your links add a disturbing clarification. The overwhelming majority of browsers are IE and FF, yet CJ can't address the problem that's apparently been going on for months, or at least have a helper on the page? Fantastic...

Lots of people don't have problems signing up with Firefox and IE - so I'm guessing it's an issue with FF or IE plugins or an anti spyware/JS software thing that some people must have installed. Seems that Safari works for most people who are having probs.

Welcome to the CJ crew (hopefully!) :p

Got it figured out. It was some form of scripting block (although with hundreds of site memberships over the years, I've never had this happen).

I added the registration page (https) to internet options/security/trusted sites and lowered the security for that domain to "low". Took care of it immediately.

    Thanks.

Yes ... and thanx, I had the same prob but this solution helps. Be aware, for others with the same issue, open a new explorer window.
