Can you write in full sentences next time?

Regarding using the advertiser's brand name, I'm sure that they didn't show a fake screenshot. Did you remember to negative-match the advertiser's brand name? If not, it's very likely that you were advertising on the brand name keywords.

Advertisers aren't out to screw affiliates. I work with a number of advertisers helping to manage their CJ programs, and we see affiliates trying to screw advertisers by violating search policies all the time. Advertisers won't reverse your commissions as long as you follow the rules.

And no, your issue has nothing to do with the CJ Settlement class action lawsuit. A lawsuit over this would be pointless, as CJ and the advertiser are following all procedures correctly.

Needadwords, it is very difficult to read your post with every word capitalized. Nowadays, many people write on the internet with improper grammar, sentence structure, abbreviations, and punctuation. I often capitalize every word in an adwords ad title for instance, so am guilty sometimes myself. I think an easy improvement would be to type in all lowercase, and capitalize nothing. This will be far easier for people to read, and you will probably get more responses to your posts. Good luck.

hmm. The majority of people who were affected by this case has received a letter. I will keep you all posted on how this case is going and what you can do keep in the know.
Oh sorry, my job is data entry for the company who is the third party court appointed settlement distributor. I am the one who will receive your letters, I don't work until Wednesday, so I will keep you all updated as to what ever I can.

    Hi tvmatt,
i guess you are supporting cj & advertiser in my point of view, because i am also in cj for more than 2 years and worked with dozens of advertiser both sales & leads.
the url provided by cj network quality for voilating keyword policy is not worked properly & there is no pubisher or company advertising such keyword in search engine, since it is a branded keyword, but cj screenshot has many competing in position & i am at 4'th.----this is my second warning & reversed 50%
Another great joke is my third warning, i did not advertised in google, but i recieved a screenshot indicating advertised in Google,so they reversed 100% & declined my application
i did not contacted either advertiser of cj network quality for first 10 days & then i contacted and said my case, but cj network quality team said please contact with the advertiser in this case.
i just left like that but after 25 days i got a credit from the advertiser (decent 3figures) & as well as approval
Do you think i made mistake or advertiser in third warning?
what is your answer tvmatt in this case.

I'm supporting the side of following the policies. When I work on the advertiser side, I get hurt when affiliates violate the policy. When I work on the affiliate side, I get hurt when other affiliates violate policies that I follow.

Regarding what you see vs. what CJ sees, different geographic locations will see different ads. If you're not advertising on Google, how did they have a screenshot with your ad? Does it happen to be from the More Sponsored Links page (which may show ads that are no longer active)? If you want to provide me with the screenshot & some info, I'll let you know what I think. It could be an advertiser screw-up, but from what I've seen, more likely than not, it's a mistake that the affiliate made. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to publicly post that info.

atleast i recieved a email skrondal about commissions credit? what is your answer for this.....even i am ready to provide screen shot....will help me in getting a proper justice..? how come they can advertise my site on google....because the advertiser is big network in internet tmarket.

I really have no clue what you're trying to say, unfortunately. Can you please post after using spell-check, and post in complete sentences? Without that, I can't understand your problem fully, so I really can't help you out...

I've done this many times before. I am a CJP (CJ Performer, an affiliate generating over $10k/month in commissions). I also work with a number of CJ advertisers helping to provide OPM services (outsourced program management). There are no conflicts of interest between the advertisers that I promote myself (mostly through PPC marketing) and the advertisers that I assist with program management.

Because I've seen both the affiliate and advertiser end of CJ, I know pretty well how their systems work. Advertisers do not want to screw over affiliates because if they do, their affiliates will no longer promote their products. At the end of the day, it's all about generating sales.

I am NOT an employee of CJ.
