I wonder whether it is possible to link to a specific page instead of the links provided. some of the link can be created with destination url of my choice, I wonder when I generate the html code, can I just use the link, or do I need use to entire html code? Yes, you can use just the href link - just don't do anything stupid with it. The 1x1 image is for tracking, you don't REALLY need it, but then you'll get no impressions stats.
Exactly that. Just be careful with your anchor text, and don't use the link on unrelated images (like porn pics). e.g don't do this: "Sign up for free hardcore porn on your phone!!!" > link goes to a ringtone signup page
