yu cannot activate your account once it is deactivated....it happened to me 3 months back...the reason was i did not earn anything for the 6 month period..:D

then i contacted them using the contact me form from the website and said that i have some big plans to open a site..lala.lalalalalal...etc....but the reply came within a day saying that once the accoutn is deactivated it cannot be activated again. however they said that i could join again using a different email id...and now i am back inside the cj network....ofcourse 3 months are already over and i haven't earned anything again... ...

so mayb i should have another email id ready....

by the way what was the reason given to you for deactivating your accounts...

ya i got the same thing..

Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity in your Commission Junction account. As stated in the Publisher Service Agreement (PSA), any publisher account which does not generate any revenue within a period of six consecutive months will be charged a Dormant Account Fee of either $10 or the account balance, whichever is less. If the account balance is zero and a publisher account has not generated any revenue within a period of six consecutive months, the account will be deactivated. The Dormant Account Fee or balances less than $25 cannot be paid out.

By enforcing our policy, it ensures our network is efficient and beneficial to our advertisers and publishers. Because deactivated accounts are not eligible for reactivation, if you choose to become active in the CJ Marketplace you will need to sign up for another account using an alternate e-mail address.

if you haven't got any reasons, then i would suggest you to contact cj through the contact form from the members area. they do reply within a day....

by the way, how much have you earned before your account got deactivated....and has 6 months gone by since you have opened your account...

    regards,

I had tons of traffic click on cj ads and got nothing :( IMO commission junction sucks. Thank god I found other areas to make a buck. I feel I lost out at least a grand or more by sending visitors to CJ.

The only way to contact CJ if you cannot login is to call them. In 99.9% of the cases they will not reactivate an account for inactivity - and they will tell you they do not have the ability to do so, but they actually do. I had a unique situation where a mistake had been made by CJ and a supervisor reactivated it in about 5 seconds - while I was still on the phone. He did say they almost never do it.

You can't use a support ticket if you can't log in - which is what happens when your account is deactivated.
